1. Earning Points

Points can be earned online at vivovape.co.uk or in any Vivo Vape store.
2. Redeeming Points
- 100 points = £5 reward value.
- Points can be redeemed online as a discount coupon at checkout or in-store at any Vivo Vape location.
- Maximum points redemption: 100 pts per basket.
- Minimum basket for redemption: £20.
- Maximum points redemption £80 & Above : 20% of total order value
3. Points Expiration
Unused Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Account activity includes:
- Online purchases
- In-store purchases
- Redeeming reward points
- Earning points through qualifying actions
Any qualifying activity will reset the expiration period.
4. Program Rules of Vivo Vape Rewards
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Discounts earned via points cannot be combined with other vouchers unless specified.
- Vivo Vape reserves the right to modify or cancel the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
5. Promotions & Bonuses
- Double points may apply on weekends or during special promotions.
- Holiday postponement rules may apply for certain campaigns.
6. Liability & Abuse Prevention
- Vivo Vape reserves the right to withhold points if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
- Referral points are only valid after the referred customer completes their first purchase.
- Vivo Vape reserves the right to modify the Rewards Points Program at any time.
